Katonah NY Bennies Tow Company Owner Faces Harassment Charges says Bedford-Katonah, NY Patch

A former Bedford Hills business owner was arrested last week and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and attempted fourth-degree stalking after allegedly sending unwanted text messages and emails to his ex-girlfriend over a period of two months, Bedford police said.

Pastore, 30, of Katonah, surrendered after he was contacted by the police and confronted with the charges. He was arraigned by a Mt. Kisco judge on Nov. 23 and released on $500 bail pending a return to Bedford town court on Dec. 1.

This arrest follows an Oct. 9 driving arrest, when Pastore was charged with operating a car with a suspended registration and a plate violation.

Pastore owns Bennie’s Towing, formerly located at 418 Adams Street in Bedford Hills. He re-located his business to 41 Armonk Road in Mt. Kisco earlier this year after he was unable to pay the rent at the Bedford Hills location, according to the owner of the building, Paul Demar of RAD Holding Corporation.
