That’s Hot! Paris Hilton’s Former Home Hits the Rental Market for $20,000/month

Source: IMDb

Like its previous owner, this Hollywood Hills home looks anything but cheap. Mirrored walls, sparkly chandeliers, and ornate wall paper– this luxurious pad is fit for a heiress, specifically a hotel-chain heiress.

Paris Hilton’s former home is available for rent at a socialite-worthy price of $20,000/month. Living in luxury doesn’t come cheap—especially in this Los Angeles ‘hood. Median Hollywood Hills home values are $976,800 and most Hollywood Hills homes for rent are more than a few grand a month.

According to property records, Hilton sold the house in 2007 for $3,865,000 but looking at the photos on Zillow, you can get a feel for the socialite-turned-model-turned-actress-turned singer’s style.

The Spanish-style home was built in 1926 and totals 3,000-square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Of course, one of those bedrooms has been turned into the “ultimate closet” but it could be converted back. The property includes a pool, cabana, and guest suite with attached office. Sounds simple but it’s the Paris Hilton touches that take this home into over-the-top territory. Full-sized black-and-white Paris portraits grace the walls, and nearly all the décor is in a chic black and white with a few designer accents. (Per one of the listing photos, it looks like Fendi makes pillows in addition to purses.)

The rental is listed by real estate agent Maurcio Umansky, who also happens to be Hilton’s uncle and wife of Beverly Hills housewife Kyle Richards.
