At Saturday’s big fundraiser for the KES class of 2012, kids scrubbed and shined a steady stream of cars throughout the beautiful, sunny morning.
The big surprise came when Ray Hinckley, a former chief of the Katonah Fire Department, rolled in with a big, red engine for a wash. “I heard about the car wash and thought I’d drive the engine over and support the kids,” the Katonah resident said.
