“Curb Your Enthusiasm” actress Essman lists her apartment — again

After listing her 1,200-square-foot Morningside Heights apartment a year ago (and promptly taking it off the market), actress Susie Essman of “Curb Your Enthusiasm” fame has decided — again — to sell her two-bedroom spread on 107th Street and Broadway. Prudential Douglas Elliman has the $1.5 million listing. Essman, meanwhile, has decamped to a four-bedroom farmhouse with a barn in Cedar Hill, N.Y. [NYT]
